Indoor Environmental Quality (Preview Only)

As modern houses have grown tighter, sources of indoor air pollution have been increasing in strength. As a result, many Americans face worse air pollution inside their homes than they face outdoors. In this course, a variety of indoor air pollutants and their sources are identified along with practical ways to minimize and control each of those pollutant types. Health and comfort-related aspects of the indoor environment, such as lighting conditions and noise are also discussed.
